Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent once your order ships. Yuen Yee Limited is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues.
Returns Policy
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your dress to request a return. This is a no-reason return policy. You do not need to provide any explanation. To be eligible for a return, the dress must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free of any odors. All original tags must remain attached. The dress must be returned in its original packaging. Any item that shows signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, or alteration will not be accepted. Final sale items cannot be returned. Swimwear and lingerie are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Step 2: Pack the dress securely
Place the dress in its original packaging. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation or the return authorization email. Seal the package tightly.
Step 3: Ship the package to the return address

Step 4: Wait for inspection and refund
Once Yuen Yee Limited receives your package, inspection takes 3 to 5 business days. After approval, your refund will be processed. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Refund Timeline and Conditions
The refund will appear in your account at least 14 days after Yuen Yee Limited approves the return. The exact timeline depends on your payment method and financial institution.

The refund amount equals the purchase price of the dress. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Return shipping costs paid by you are not reimbursed. Yuen Yee Limited does not charge any restocking fee.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Yuen Yee Limited will cover return shipping costs for these cases. A full refund or replacement will be issued within 7 business days after Yuen Yee Limited receives the returned item.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 21 business days from the return approval date (or 30 business days for PayPal in applicable jurisdictions), first check your bank or PayPal account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted.
