Yuen Yee Limited sells women’s dresses and related apparel through this website. Any deviation from these Terms of Service requires a written agreement signed by an authorized representative of Yuen Yee Limited.
2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility
The customer must be at least 18 years old to place an order on wa17.watchhousesale.com. The customer guarantees that all information provided during the checkout process is accurate and complete. Yuen Yee Limited reserves the right to refuse any order or cancel an account if information is found to be false or incomplete.
3. Orders and Acceptance

5. 14-Day Unconditional Return and Refund Policy

The customer may return any dress for any reason within 14 days from the date of delivery. The returned dress must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. The customer bears the cost of return shipping unless the dress is defective or the wrong item was sent by Yuen Yee Limited.
6. Refund Processing Time and Account Crediting
After Yuen Yee Limited receives the returned dress and verifies its condition, the refund is processed. The refund processing time is 14 days from the date Yuen Yee Limited receives the returned item. The refund amount is credited to the customer’s original payment account. The customer must allow 14 days from the refund processing date for the refund to appear in the customer’s account. No refund is issued before the returned dress passes the verification inspection.
7. PayPal Refund Terms
For purchases made via PayPal, the refund processing time is 14 days from the date Yuen Yee Limited receives the returned dress. After Yuen Yee Limited initiates the PayPal refund, the customer must allow 14 days for the refund to be credited to the customer’s PayPal balance or linked bank account. Due to local legal requirements in certain jurisdictions, PayPal refunds may take up to 30 days to complete in some regions. Yuen Yee Limited has no control over delays caused by PayPal or by local banking regulations outside Hong Kong.
8. Exclusions from the Refund Policy
The 14-day unconditional return policy does not apply to the following products: final sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable, custom-made dresses, and lingerie or swimwear due to hygiene reasons. Yuen Yee Limited does not accept returns for products damaged by the customer after delivery. Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or use are not eligible for a refund.
9. Defective or Wrong Products
If a dress received by the customer is defective or does not match the product ordered on wa17.watchhousesale.com, the customer must notify [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Yuen Yee Limited arranges a return shipping label at no cost to the customer. Upon verification of the defect or error, Yuen Yee Limited offers a full refund including original shipping costs or a replacement product at the customer’s choice. The refund processing time for defective or wrong products follows the same 14-day processing period stated in Section 6.
10. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery estimates shown on wa17.watchhousesale.com are not guaranteed. Yuen Yee Limited is not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs clearance, or events beyond reasonable control. Title to the products passes to the customer upon dispatch from 5/F, Wah Shing Industrial Building, 202 Choi Hung Road, San Po Kong. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the customer’s specified address. 11. Governing Law

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or any purchase on wa17.watchhousesale.com is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms of Service or any sale made through wa17.watchhousesale.com.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Yuen Yee Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the purchase or use of any product from wa17.watchhousesale.com. Yuen Yee Limited’s total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for that product. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought.
